At CRAFTON, we are committed to creating unique concrete washbasins that combine functionality, aesthetics, and expressive color. Our carefully developed palette of pastel and saturated tones is the result of extensive research into pigments, their characteristics, and how they behave in concrete.

Due to the nature of the material and the handcrafted production process, slight variations in shade and texture of the finished products compared to photos or samples are possible. Each piece is unique – with its own structure, pore distribution, and slightly different tone, all contributing to its authenticity.

From concept to delivery, every element of the Crafton washbasin production process is carefully designed to leave a minimal environmental footprint — without compromising on aesthetics or functionality.

9 out of 10 raw materials are locally sourced

We use locally available resources — from mineral fillers to natural pigments — reducing CO₂ emissions from transport and promoting a sustainable supply chain.

95% material utilization

Less than 5% of waste is extracted and sent for further recycling — the rest is reintegrated directly into the production cycle, eliminating unnecessary losses.

100% chemically pure color

The pigment is embedded throughout the entire material, not just on the surface. The result is a long-lasting, consistent hue that doesn’t fade even after years of heavy use.

94% less energy consumption

Compared to traditional ceramic manufacturing, our process uses significantly less energy — the majority of which is covered by solar panels installed at the production facility.

End-of-life recyclability

When the product reaches the end of its life cycle, it can be mechanically ground and reused as:
– filler in new panels,
– additive for concrete bases,
– or secondary aggregate in architectural composites.
Recycling is conducted within a closed-loop system.

Reduced carbon footprint

Each unit contributes to environmental regeneration — in partnership with reforestation organizations, a portion of every sale goes toward planting trees in regions affected by wildfires.

Extremely low VOC profile

The protective surface coating is UV-stable, food-safe, and classified as Low VOC according to the strictest European standards (EN ISO 16000-9, LEED v4).

Recycled packaging

Crafton uses exclusively recycled cardboard packaging, elegantly designed to protect each washbasin — from workshop to final destination.
